  • SEARCH REOPENED for a high quality certified Technology Education and Engineering instructor at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. This position is currently being offered as a .91 position with growth potential for 2009. The ideal candidate will have teaching experience in at least three of the following areas:

    • Architectural CAD (ArchiCAD software)
    • Machine CAD and 3D Modeling (SolidWorks and Sketchup software)
    • Engineering - a design lab and a fabrication lab, 8 engineering stations from Amatrol including 3 CNC machines, a robotics station, 2 electrical stations, a pneumatics station, a structural station and 8 Gears Ed robot fabrication kits. The fabrication area has a several machine tools and mig welder and a plasma cutter.
    • Woodworking - currently a traditional project based program. All typical woodworking machinery in this lab. Current program has two levels
    • Automotive - 2 bay garage with a tire balancer, tire changer, brake lathe and one lift. Current program has 2 levels.

    The facility is 4 years old and encompasses approximately 4,500 sq. ft. Our students ranked third in the state on last years Tech/Engineering MCAS test with a 95% pass rate. We are committed to continuing this program and this job will remain open until a qualified candidate is found.
